Paul is a doctor who works in a hospital and additionally runs a small private practice. Paul has recently become a father - he and his wife have twins. Paul tries to provide his family with everything they need. Paul's job is very stressful. Due to the lack of help with childcare, his relationship with his wife has become strained. To cope with the pressures of his work and personal life, he has taken up video games and manga again to take his mind off the stress for a while
Sophia, a program manager, manages a team of 60+ employees. She moved to the big city 7 years ago and has built a career through hard work, sacrificing weekends and vacations. Many people admire Sophia - energetic, driven, successful. At first she was proud of her accomplishments, but now she only feels tired and meaningless about it all.The more Sophia works, the more tasks she faces. But she can't stop - she has a mortgage,
a car loan and huge ambitions
We will be joined on the course by three characters - Paul, Emma and Sophia. Each of them has their own story. Using their example, it will be easier to understand why even the most beloved work and family can lead to burnout
